PENNEP is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As an integral part of our talent acquisition efforts, Candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. Under the guidance of specialists, Candidates get knowledge in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while contributing their innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Create and post compelling job descriptions.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Help build and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Gather feedback from candidates for process improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
Nice to Have
- Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
