THE ROLE:

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply:
Sourcing and Screening: Assist in identifying potential candidates for various roles across Novatr, using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates fit with Novatr's values, skills, and job requirements.
Job Posting and Management: Create and manage job postings on different job boards and career platforms to attract top talent
Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our recruitment database. Support Hiring Campaigns: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to help execute various recruitment marketing campaigns.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Reporting and Metrics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipelines, and conversion rates, providing insights to optimize the process.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest hiring trends, particularly in the EdTech and AEC industries, and share insights with the team.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Are passionate about talent acquisition and have a genuine interest in helping to build high-performing teams.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with potential candidates.
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Are familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (experience using LinkedIn or any ATS is a plus). Are eager to learn and are willing to take on new challenges in the recruitment space.
Are a team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
