Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details and follow-up information to candidates.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of the recruitment process.
Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to support reporting and decision-making.
Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist in coordinating orientation sessions and training logistics.
Work closely with HR team members to support recruitment initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the hiring process.
