We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to source and attract potential candidates.
- Application Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Job Posting: Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on the company's career page, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
