Day in your life:

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Organize employee engagement activities and address queries.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR reports.
• Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Skills in the spotlight:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
