About the role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a period of 3 to 6 months. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Here's what you'll do day to day:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Assist in organizing campus recruitment and other talent acquisition events
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
