Position Description:
Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, working closely with our HR team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status
- Attend Greet and Meet events and virtual discussions
- Conduct market research on industry trends and recruitment technologies
Requirements:
- Studying toward or have a degree in HR management or related field (1st & 2nd-year students can apply) (B.COM/BBA)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
