We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions .
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Support administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a B.Tech degree.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with technical roles and understanding of IT-related qualifications is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
