As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will be immersed in the world of recruiting and talent acquisition, gaining hands-on experience in conducting phone screens, and learning how to contribute on various aspects of the recruitment cycle .
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment team in managing job postings on various job boards and company websites.
Support the coordination of interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on job boards.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
Assist in creating and sharing content for job boards, and other platforms to attract candidates.
Prepare recruitment related documents and reports.
Assist in other HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong passion for talent acquisition and interest in pursuing a career in HR/recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
