Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore, India. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals. The Trainee will assist with various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities for TA/HR Trainee
Recruitment Support:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Onboarding:
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Employee Records:
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support including filing, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Employee Engagement:
Help organize engagement activities and events.
Training and Development:
Support the coordination and delivery of training programs.
Policy Implementation:
Assist with implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Compliance:
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IT technology stacks, including but not limited to programming languages, frameworks, databases, and network systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for a variety of IT roles.
Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
