Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Talent Acquisition - HR - AVP at Workassist, located in Mumbai. As the AVP, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day talent acquisition operations. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, managing HR information systems, administering employee benefits, and coordinating training programs.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Experience in Training and Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR are a plus
