Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for education and technology. Given our focus on expanding our telesales team, experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for telesales executives, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Infinity Learn's goals and growth plans.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and market trends, focusing on telesales positions.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
- Implement best practices for candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all stages.
High-Volume Recruitment:
- Develop and execute strategies for high-volume recruitment, specifically for telesales executives.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates for telesales roles.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and promote Infinity Learn's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns showcasing the company culture and opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with all functional heads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilise data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and OKRs to senior management.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
