Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with various aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Support sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
  • Participate in screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Help organise and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and databases.
  • Contribute to a sustainable and scalable talent acquisition process

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a recruiter, preferably with expertise in headhunting and sourcing for specialised roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and direct outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Independent learner who is proactive and demonstrates initiative to learn and grow.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-do attitude.
