Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent for our clients IT staffing needs, with a focus on roles within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions, including software developers, systems analysts, project managers, and other technical roles, based on client requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on job opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and preferences.
- Negotiate salary offers, benefits, and other employment terms on behalf of candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to better advise clients and candidates.
- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the overall success of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
