We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR department and be involved in full cycle recruiting for our global hiring. Talent Acquisition Executive responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with stake holders as well as potential hires. Ultimately, he/she should be able reduce the TAT for recruitment and create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- This role will be crucial in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet our evolving needs and requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.
- Ensure that hiring needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and effective selection criteria.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, thorough candidate screenings, interviewing, candidate assessment, and present qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Establish a feedback loop with hiring managers and interviewers to gather insights on candidate quality, interview performance, and recruitment process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share recruitment data and insights.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and market intelligence.
- Foster positive candidate experiences, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to manage recruitment data.
- Create job descriptions and questionnaires that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands on experience in technical as well as non-technical hiring across levels.
- Must have experience in hiring for temp. and permanent roles.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
- Experience of working with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining ATS.
- Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
- Professional studies or contributions outside the scope of job in Human Resources is a plus.
- Excellence in social media hiring and headhunting.

- Prior experience in IT/Digital Consultancy.
- Prior experience of hiring in Canada.
