The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
