You Will Be Responsible For
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
- Performing background & reference checks.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
The Profile
- 1-3 years of experience working into IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Good understanding of Job portals & hiring tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- Able to arrange telephonic, video & in-person interviews
- Should have understanding of technical skills
