SHOTT AMUSEMENT LIMITED is a new immersive and interactive indoor amusement center located in Surat. We offer a mix of innovative games, interactive sports, food, and socializing. Our aim is to provide a unique and entertaining experience for our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. They will also be responsible for employer branding and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Hiring and Recruitment skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in employer branding
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Min. 6 months experience in Recruitment

Salary

• Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month
