Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for various digital roles.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops.
Talent Pool Development
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for recurring digital roles such as Social Media Managers, Content Creators, SEO Specialists, Paid Media Experts, and Designers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases for future hiring needs
Employer Branding
- Assist in enhancing the employer's online presence to attract top talent.
- Engage with prospective candidates through social platforms, showcasing company culture and values.
Offer and Onboarding
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
- Coordinate background verification and necessary documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in hiring for digital/creative roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with hiring analytics tools and HR software.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and job-specific requirements in the digital domain.
