Handling the complete recruitment life cycle, which includes:
Candidate identification: Sourcing Candidates through portals, Social Networking Sites , Head Hunting, Through references, Job Postings, most importantly through head hunting my own database
Phone screening: Taking Initial telephonic round to evaluate the potential of the candidate and also to check the interest level of the candidate towards the offeredposition
Negotiation: Negotiation of rates/salaries pertaining to theposition, with the candidates, get them submitted to the client and take updates from the client till the particularpositiongets closed.
Coordinate with client as well as candidate.
Making a day to day MIS Report.
