Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Placement Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Placement Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating campus recruitment efforts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with colleges and universities to facilitate the placement of students.
Campus Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key colleges, universities.
Act as the primary point of contact for career services, academic departments, and student organizations at partner institutions.- Plan and execute on-campus recruitment events, including career fairs, presentations, workshops.
Placement Coordination:- Coordinate the entire campus recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, organizing recruitment drives, and managing candidate communications.
Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for campus hires.- Ensure timely and effective placement of candidates by matching their skills and aspirations with suitable roles within the organization.
* Frequent travel to college campuses and career fairs is required.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to accommodate recruitment events and deadlines.
