* Identify and engage qualified applicants and resumes

* Coordinate interviews with individuals and panels

* Collect interview feedback and maintain communication with applicants throughout the process

Additionally, focus on:

* Overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process

* Collaborating with leadership to comprehend organizational hiring needs

* Developing compelling recruiting strategies to attract top talent

* Crafting job descriptions when necessary

* Partnering with hiring managers to understand team requirements and streamline candidate processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's degree is preferred

Minimum 1 years of recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
