We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies and market trends.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms to reach a broad audience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
