Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing top talent, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for building strong relationships. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best employees, contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies and market trends.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms to reach a broad audience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
