Conduct telephonic & in-person interviews to gauge their potential for further
evaluation.
Salary negotiation
Generate offer / appointment letters.
Joining formalities / Induction
Vendor Management
Others:
Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruitment using various interview
techniques & evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Familiarity with social media, resume databases & professional networks.
