Role and Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all group companies.

Coordinate with hiring managers & identify the staffing needs.

Prepare job description based on requirement.

Source profiles through job portal & various online platforms like LinkedIn,

Indeed etc.

Screening profiles & selecting them based on the specifications provided.

Conduct telephonic & in-person interviews to gauge their potential for further

evaluation.

Salary negotiation

Generate offer / appointment letters.

Joining formalities / Induction

Vendor Management

Others:

Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruitment using various interview

techniques & evaluation methods.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Familiarity with social media, resume databases & professional networks.
