The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Strategy:- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively source and identify potential candidates using a variety of methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and next steps.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.- Provide recommendations on interview techniques and best practices to hiring managers.
Offer Management:- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers.
Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process in coordination with the HR team.Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).- Experience recruiting within specific industries (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search).
