- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions.
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and a smooth recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.

Employer Branding:
- Assist in promoting the company s employer brand through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Must be good hands on experience in MS-Excel.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)/ Recruitment Tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
