- Working Days :Monday-Friday
Shift timing :9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Key responsibilities and accountabilities:-This position will provide full cycle recruiting/resourcing support for positions across service lines for various levels. This role will partner with our hiring managers and recruiters to creatively and effectively fill open positions with top talent.Position Reports to the HR Head
The scope of work is inclusive of, but not limited to the following
:- Sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within specified turnaround time.
Create a talent pipeline for future requirements and undertake industry / competitors by mapping critical roles / functions and also provide Departmental heads / hiring manager's
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
Assisting the team with any tracker, Dashboards and coordination.- Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
Work with the team to determine best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback and present/manage offers.
- Provide support for onboarding and induction of new joiners, including documentation and data
- Required knowledge/experience:-
Bachelor's or Masters degree
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility.- Ability to interact with hiring managers and candidates at all levels of the company
Advance MS-Office skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
