Your missions at 9 Figures
- Maintaining a happy and productive work culture, learning, and managing HR responsibilities includes KPIs such as, increased hire me requests, fulfilling hiring targets, evaluating candidates, cultural growth, etc.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Promote employer branding through strategic initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements
Requirements
Technical Competence
- Google Sheets, google calendar and other relevant collaborative softwares
- PeopleOps skills - talent hunting, negotiation, building JDs etc.
- A mindset that understands how an E-commerce and Digital marketing business functions and can identify loopholes and come up with ideas for the growth of the organisation.
- Analytical and Task Planning Skills towards achievement of hiring goals
- Must-have Soft Skills that you will be practically learning on acquiring
Work Timings and Leave Policy
- Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )
- Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
- Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 6-day block leave for self-care.
