Job Description

  • We are seeking a Digital HR Specialist to join our team and drive the transformation of our human resources processes through innovative digital solutions
  • As a Digital HR Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging technology to streamline HR operations, enhance employee experience, and support organizational objectives
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement digital HR strategies to optimize recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement processes.
  2. Evaluate and select digital HR tools, platforms, and systems that align with organizational needs and objectives.
  3. Lead the implementation and integration of digital HR solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technology roadmaps.
  5. Customize and configure digital HR platforms to meet specific business requirements, ensuring data integrity and security.
  6. Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on digital HR tools and processes.
  7. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital HR initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (3 years) in digital /Advertising Agency transformation would be Preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  4. Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
