Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for hiring stakeholders and expedite the process at all stages.
Discuss new positions with hiring stakeholders to identify prerequisites, preferred requirements, necessary functional or technical skills, and the general competencies required for each position.
Work with hiring managers to develop market facing job descriptions that will attract top talent for System Soft Technologies.
Develop rapport with hiring managers and executive leaders; operate as a business partner and provide advisory on the end-to-end hiring process.
Provide timely updates, follow up and support to all hiring stakeholders.
Utilize online recruiting resources, social media platforms and the company s database to source skilled/experienced candidates.
Proactively source passive candidates by leveraging networking and innovative sourcing techniques.
Build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and maintain contact with potential candidates for future openings.
Conduct candidate screening interviews to generate necessary details for hiring stakeholders.
Share System Soft Technologies Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and position System Soft Technologies as an employer of choice.
Coordinate in-person or digital interviews for the hiring panel and gather interview feedback from panel members following the interview.
Maintain compliance by updating ATS and related systems with current status for all candidates in the pipeline.
Keep candidates well informed; communicate next steps efficiently and notify them if they have not been selected for an offer.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelors degree in business or a related course of study.
2-3 years of recruiting experience driving the full recruitment lifecycle.
Experience using some of the following online tools and platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed and more.
Good understanding of Boolean Operators and sourcing using Boolean strings.
Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Must have excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
