- Working for hiring in industries such as automotive, auto ancillary, manufacturing, pharma, telecom, ITES, etc.
- Sourcing for technical and non-technical roles, as per client requirements.
- Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates & feedback to clients regarding the status of their open positions.
- Engage candidates - pre-hiring till joining process, to reduce scope of dropouts at any stage
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Required Experience & Skills
- An enthusiastic candidate who has passion for finding the right talent. Well versed with the process of job postings, Boolean searches and functioning of various job portals.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency or firm.
- Strong understanding of various industries and job roles outside of IT.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in non-IT recruitment within sectors such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.
- Relevant Experience of 02 to 05 years
