About Role
We are looking for an exceptional budding Talent Acquisition professional who will be in charge of sourcing profiles for the respective open roles within our organisation and help the recruitment team to manage our hiring pipeline. You will be helping to search for talented and ambitious people who want to join the team.
Responsibilities
Strategising different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaignsFinding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniquesWork with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimize sourcing efforts by leveraging data and making suggestions that will have positive impactUtilize our Applicant Tracking System to store talent pools of appropriate candidatesImplement modern sourcing/recruiting methodsSkills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Ability to build & analyze reports.Have strong candidate interviewing skills.Understanding of recruitment process & systems.Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflowsExperience and Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment for technology businessHands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)Experience in candidate assessment and management.
