ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit with client requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, including clear communication and feedback.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate coordination among teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Handle induction schedules and oversee joining formalities.
- Generating Reports: Assist in creating reports from collected data and metrics to highlight recruitment efforts for management, presenting the information in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordination in HR activities: Assist the HR department in coordinating various HR tasks, including administrative work, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating offers and closing the hiring process successfully
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Undergraduate s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong knowledge in excel, word, power point and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Client-focused approach and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Being proactive, following up and eager to learn
