Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars.
- Active involvement in the hiring process from crafting an alluring job description and generating enough intrigue and excitement around the role to interviewing the candidates for interpersonal skills and coordinating with departments throughout the process and interviews.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Manage the hiring process for the applicants, internal and external communication, and feedback
- Manage and organize the employee data and recruitment-related dashboards
- Initiating conversations with placement coordinators for drive campus recruitment & brand evangelization and employer relationship activities
Skills & Personality Attributes

- Experience working with the Google suite
- High-energy and passion
- Prior HR internship experience of a minimum of 6 months preferred
- Prior recruitment experience working in the software sector is preferred

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines to execute decisions
