Qualifications:
- Graduation or Master's degree in Human Resources is mandatory.
Experience & Skills:
- Between 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (screening/sourcing/scheduling) with hands on experience in handling all job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed/Shine).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote our company as a top workplace.
