Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for recruiting and selecting the best candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with Computer science background
• 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Knowledge of job market trends, recruitment channels, and sourcing strategies in India
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with social media and other digital recruitment tools
