Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates
- Candidate screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers
- Candidate assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role
- Offer management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed
- Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

- Model: Traineeship + PPO (pre-placement offer)
- Traineeship duration: 3-4 months (remuneration: INR 15,000-20,000/month)
