Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager at SGH Management India Pvt. Ltd located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.

  • Experience in employer branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
