Job Description
We are undertaking a wide range of projects that enhance our clients customer experience (CX) strategies. This includes the development and implementation of routing and IVR strategies across various business lines, as well as BOT development and middleware solutions. Our initiatives also focus on digital development for an omni-channel experience, creating and customizing agent desktops to meet diverse business demands, supporting the business architecture team, migrating from legacy systems, and expanding digital capabilities with implementations such as LivePerson. Additionally, we oversee contact center production control and operations.
We are seeking a Talend ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be key in managing data integration processes, ensuring efficient data flow, and supporting our ongoing projects within the CX estate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage design development and data integration processes.
- Gather business requirements and follow through to design and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Participate in the migration of existing ETL processes to SnapLogic, includingdocumentation, testing, and implementation of new data pipelines.
- Work in a fast-pace, agile environment.
- Work with other developers to implement requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in developing ETL processes.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Oracle / MSSQL / MySQL.
- Familiarity with integrating data from various sources (flat files, databases, web services).
- Exposure to other industry standard ETL solutions (e.g., Informatica, Ab Initio, etc) in a complex, high-volume data environment.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience using the Talend ETL tool.
- Experience in SnapLogic.
- Experience in Snowflake.
