Job Title: Tableau Developer- Offshore (Lead BI Developer Technology Services Innovative Medicine R&D)

Role Description
- 5+ years professional software development experience working with BI reporting/dashboarding
- Proven experience in leading a Project Team.Overseeing the development and ongoing delivery of data analysis and reporting capability.
- Strong experience in BI data preparation and data transformation (snowflake)
- Proficient BI modeling skills
- 2-3+ years experience working in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing
- Strong proficiency with database management, SQL querying, and data modeling
- Proven ability to work with project managers and stakeholders to help refine and capture software requirements in an iterative fashion.
Required Skills/Experience
- Hands-on experience with end-end solution delivery of Analytics Reporting solutions
- Results and performance-driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability and a drive to get results while accurately forecasting engineering efforts.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to build strong win/win relationships with partners and teammates
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-informed on multiple BI tools
- Experience with tools like JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket, Confluence, etc . is required.
- Ability to function and work seamlessly as part of a big, multi-site, multicultural development team.
- Experience with manual unit testing, Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts to ensure stable deliverables with tools likeJenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc.
- Experience documenting best practices and enforcing strong governance in a team is required.
