Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analysis, with over 2 years of experience in Tableau development. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and delivering impactful dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize and enhance existing Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices.
- Assist colleagues and team members with their Tableau projects, offering guidance and expertise to help them achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
