Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management, working closely with seasoned professionals to support our hiring processes and improve our talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help with the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating introductory sessions.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
