You will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules for all candidates across different time zones and assisting with post-offer engagement and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones, ensuring timely communication and confirmation.
- Communicate interview details and itineraries to candidates and interviewers, ensuring a smooth and organised interview process.
Post-Offer Engagement and Administration
- Assist in coordinating post-offer engagement plans to ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters and other required documentation for new hires.
- Coordinate start dates and onboarding schedules with new hires and relevant departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the post-offer period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Are you the one
- At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or coordination support role. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
