Job Description

Job Title: T24 Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced T24 Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation of Temenos Transact for secured and unsecured loans in both retail and commercial banking environments.

Desired Skillset:
  • Extensive experience with the Transact Loan Management System.
  • Proficiency in managing secured and unsecured lending processes.
  • More than 7 years of experience delivering large-scale Temenos Transact implementations for secured and unsecured loans in retail and commercial banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking and/or commercial banking operations.
  • Proven track record of working on multiple Temenos T24 implementation projects for retail banking.
  • Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in overseeing integration delivery involving over 30-40 systems for a retail bank.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of T24 implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Oversee customization and configuration of T24, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manage integration with over 30-40 systems within the bank's ecosystem.
  • Implement rigorous testing and validation processes, overseeing user acceptance testing.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment.
