Job Summary
Provides onsite and remote desktop support to end users of physical, virtual, and mobile
computer platforms. Installs and configures technologies and applications that run on supported
operating system and platforms. Provides support for peripheral devices, such as
printers & scanner. Collaborates with other support teams to restore service and/or identify
and resolve problems.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide first level IT support on end-user computing and computer room/site
facilities administration and management
- Track and deploy Windows patch and update to maintain baseline of IT security
standard and policies
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory
- Handle IT training, provide necessary guidance to end user and manage user
requests
- Maintain and update technical support document, IT report and policy
- Manage telephone system and conference equipment
- Coordinate and deploy corporate IT projects in the supported region
- IT infrastructure setup for new office/office move/expansion
- Support end-users on MS Office 365, Win 10, Outlook and VPN remote access
- Resolve hardware / software issues on desktop / laptop PC, network printer

Basic Competencies
- Must have hands-on experience in Windows 10, MS Office 2013 / MS Office
2016/ O365
- Good experience in administration and implementation of Windows 2008/2012
servers and above
- Good knowledge in LAN / WAN infrastructures, such like TCP/IP networking
and Cisco equipment.
- Knowledge in Cisco VPN, SCCM server / FTP server.
- MCSE on Windows server 2008 or above, CCNA / CCNP, ITIL are advantages
- Knowledge in SAP GUI is an advantage
- Fluent in English
Work Experience
- Typically about 2-4 years with bachelor's or equivalent. working on flxible hours.
Education And Certification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge
and job skills can be obtained.
