ITWorks will accelerate the world of health care IT outsourcing and the advancement of the entire enterprise beyond IT. We help our clients rapidly advance Service Delivery, improve the caregiver and patient experience, and further health initiatives in their communities.Senior Systems Engineer within Cerner BLR ITWorks ESM is responsible for managing IT Outsourced Health Care Client's Infrastructure primarily on Storage Area Networks. Additional support expectations will be on areas like Windows Roles and features, VMware Virtualization, Citrix based application Virtualization through a Remote Infrastructure Management & support model.The Engineer is expected to deliver 24 X 7 support through On-Call & shifts covering adequate overlap with US time zones.Preferred:Minimum 2 years of experience in SAN administration on one or more products like DELL EMC, HP 3PAR, NetApp ONTAP, IBM etc.Good understanding of SAN architecture.Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.Work experience in one or more Infrastructure monitoring tools like Nimsoft/Zabbix/SCOM.ITIL Foundation CertificationQualificationsBasic:4 Years Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer science.4 to 6 years of IT Infra support experience.Remote IT infrastructure support experience.Good communication skills.Responsibilities displayed in the job postingExpectations:Expected to work in shifts covering adequate overlap with US time zones.24 X 7 On-Call Support.Flexible to learn & support different technologies as needed.Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:Day to day Storage support activities involvingP1, P2 & P3 incident handling and troubleshooting.Manage LUN sizing, storage pools and volume configuration activities.Manage fiber channel switch and zoning.Perform daily health checks and keep track on performance of storage arrays.Perform maintenance activities like firmware upgrades, log collection etc.Assist onsite team in replacing faulty hardware and maintenance activities.Storage capacity management and planning.Identify and document SOPs whenever required.SAN array monitoring and advanced troubleshooting.Assist System administrators with LUN provisioning on target devices (Windows and Linux).Perform activities related to install, configure and managing SAN devices and fiber switches.Administer Brocade director FC switches as well as blade chassis FC devices.Execute FC zoning for development and production storage volumes.Develop and maintain records for entire storage as well as FC systems.

Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.

Responsibilities
