What you'll do...
About Team:
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
What you'll do:
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Issue Resolution (Applicable for L1, L2 and L3)
Requires knowledge of:
Issue resolution techniques; Escalation scale parameters.
To use issue resolution techniques to resolve issues of low complexity. Create and maintains a repository of all issues raised.
Incident Management (Applicable for L1, L2 and L3):
Requires knowledge of:
Incident management tools; Process SLA documentation.
To record and classify received incidents and undertakes immediate corrective actions for low-complexity queries. Assign/escalate unresolved incidents and major issues to appropriate stakeholders. Log all incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes. Verify resolution and closure with end users.
Configuration Management (Applicable for L1, L2 and L3):
Requires knowledge of:
Configuration management tools and processes; Configuration and release management in environment(s).
To identify required processes, tools, and baseline products for configuration, including software, models, plans, and documents, for low-complexity projects. Configure new virtual machines to handle email, intranet, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and core business applications running on the cloud.
Code Development and Testing (Applicable for L2 and L3):
What you'll bring:
- Provide timely and accurate response to customer requests
- Analyze customer issues and requirements and facilitate solutions
- Learn and understand Walmart environment and assist with utilizing the product to the full potential
- Act as primary support specialist contact for the client during deployment and post-implementation needs
- Collaboratively develop and deliver functional training to end users, when we rollout new functionality
- Provide feedback to Development team on future SAP MM requirements based on interaction with users
- Support development of new or modify existing custom solutions, such as forms and reports
