The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrolling devices into the Intune environment.
- Implementation and enforcement of compliance policies via Intune & SCCM.
- Creation, editing, and deletion of Apps in Intune/SCCM and assignment of managed applications to AAD groups.
- Managing retirement and wiping of devices as per organizational requirements.
- Deployment and management of Autopilot and co-management solutions.
- Application Deployment in SCCM, Reports, Patching
- Demonstrating superior understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
- Explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees and customers.
- Prioritizing tasks and delegating them when appropriate.
- Resolving incidents and problems associated with end-user computing equipment and software, providing break/fix support.
Job Requirements
Details:
Certifications in Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Windows, or related technologies (good to have).
Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Intune engineering.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
