Responsibilities
- Manage/configure routers, switches related WAN equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to WAN, Wireless, LAN.
- Administer xxxxx's Cisco VOIP phone system.
- Provides planning and technical support for installations.
- Assist in racking, cabling, and stacking servers for infrastructures in the data center.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and providing second-level support for WAN, wireless, routed network, and LAN in xxxxx facilities.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Networking and Linux.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, Firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA.
- Knowledge of WAF systems, security monitoring tools, packet generators, and networking protocols.
- Skills in networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless LAN configuration.
- Familiarity with Cloud, databases, NoSQL, and storage systems.
- Certification in networking or relevant fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VoIP, WAN, Wireless, LAN issues.
- Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN Security products.
Skills
- In-depth understanding of data center infrastructure and computer room setups.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and protocols like OSPF.
- Familiarity with networking hardware, security procedures, and network cabling standards.
- Proficient in CCNP, CCDA, Linux OS, and networking tools.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM protocols, and network security concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaborations and vendor interactions.
Note: Ideal candidates will have 2-6 years of relevant experience in Networking roles, possessing a mix of technical expertise in LAN, WAN, Firewall, and security technologies.
