Were on the lookout for a dynamic Systems Engineer to enhance our tech-driven operations. The primary focus of this role is to implement and optimize our Oracle MICROS Enterprise Management Cloud (EMC) platform, leveraging your experience for improvements, in addition to managing and maintaining seamless performance across the other components of tech stack. The primary objective is simple: ensuring our Smart Kitchens run efficiently and optimizing our configurations to maximal effect. Youll be at the heart of our operations, configuring, implementing, and maintaining our online menu platforms, optimizing system performance, and providing essential tech support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, upkeep and optimize systems including Oracle, Deliverect, & HeapsGo, among others.
- Configure, implement, and maintain online menu platforms.
- Implement and test menu changes for upcoming campaigns
- Communicate updates, failures, and enhancements to the operations team.
- Address and solve system issues, liaising with external tech services as needed.
- Offer online support during operational hours.
- Guarantee all online menus are accurately configured to reduce downtime.
- Produce and update documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Stay informed on new features and releases from tech partners, along with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Work independently, take responsibility, and self-manage your schedule.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Oracle Food and Beverage (MICROS) manager, with a focus on implementing and optimizing Enterprise Management Cloud (EMC) solutions.
- Advanced English level. TOEIC is not essential, but a score of 700+ is preferred
- A proactive, eager learner with a positive mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address system issues effectively.
- Ability to communicate updates, failures, and enhancements to the operations team.
